We want you to love every piece you order from The Rustic Edit. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns:

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items

• Bodysuits

• Accessories (hats, jewelry, etc.)

• Intimates or undergarments

• Any items marked FINAL SALE

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at therusticeditco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 3–5 business days.
